Mark is a member of the Scottish
Institute of Chartered
Accountants. A Graduate of Herriot Watt University in Business
Organisation. An ex banker who has worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland,
HBOS and Standard Life Bank. A specialist in Accounting Software systems.
He founded the Caduceus Investments company in 2002 and has managed the growth
of the property portfolio from the first purchase. Mark is responsible for
the company direction, strategy and for the purchasing of new investments.
Anna is a marketing specialist.
She is responsible for the administration and day to day operations of the
company. Dealing with all suppliers and also ultimately responsible for
property maintenance. Holding the position of Managing Director she works
with her husband Mark. Mark often says "I Build the company but it is my
wife Anna who runs the company."
Vera is the company accountant. Dealing
with all financial matters she also runs the Falkirk office on a day to day
basis. From Kazakhstan where the company has some consultancy activities
where she also deals with Russian clients.
Ken
is the non executive Director with special responsibility for property
investments in Scotland. Ken is also the Managing Director of one of our
subsidiary companies Caduceus Investments
(Forth Valley) Ltd, has his own property company Cameron Properties.
Previously Ken was the founder and owner before selling up of The Cashmere Store
of Scotland. This was a Scottish based company
with a turnover in excess of £4 Million and was awarded export and business
awards by Sir John Harvey Jones.
Steve is based in and around
Manchester. With a background in software sales he is relatively new to
the property game. His role in the business is to find new property deals
for the company to invest in and help develop other business opportunities for
the company. Married with two grown children Steve can be described as a
family man.

Charlene joined the company in July
2007. Previously working for one of the firms of solicitors that the
company use she is well versed in the legal side of the property market and
works to keep Mark on the straight and narrow. Dealing with many of the
people who phone the office this can range from Tenant enquiries through to
helping with the administration of the purchase of a property portfolio.
Charlene while born in Scotland is actually form Texas and often confuses people
when they phone the office as to which continent they have phoned!
Niketa is a graduate of Napier
University specialising in IT. He is working on the company web site at
the moment. He is also a graduate of a French University. Tri
language capabilities he speaks fluent French, Russian and English.
Originally from Russia, growing up in French now he is looking to settle
in Scotland. The company is looking forward to a much more powerful web
site when Niketa has worked his magic over the summer.
Yelena manages the front office in
Falkirk. Payment of all rent and working with the company tenant files
keeps her very busy. On Thursdays and Fridays when the company is open to
the public it is Yelena who deals with anyone coming to the office. Fluent
in Russian coming originally from Kazakhstan Yelena has worked in London with
the US embassy before relocating to Scotland to work for Caduceus.
Kazek manages the Alloa office dealing
with all company affairs with tenants in the Clackmannonshire area. He
also shows properties. Kazek is Polish and an ex Army professional serving in
Lebanon,
Iraq, Syria and Israel. He also has experience in running his
own business before he relocated to Scotland and joined Caduceus.
Luton is managed by Debra who deals
with all local matters for the company. Showing properties and dealing
with all tenant issues. Debra is a local girl who also runs her own
cleaning business at the same time.
